Veteran Process Excellence Expert Brings Global Billing Systems Experience

O'Brien, who has extensive product development, technology and billing operations experience, will ensure that Billtrust continues to deliver best-in-class service as the company enhances processes to accommodate its rapid growth.
O'Brien has consistently delivered world-class process innovation throughout his career, which began as an Officer and fully qualified Nuclear Engineer in the U.S. Navy. He served as Senior Manager at Accenture, where he played a key role in launching new phone support, a call center service, product management and billing systems for AT&T. He subsequently served as Product Manager at Interactive Technologies (a Fiserv Company), where he managed the company's Advantage Fee System, and as Vice President of Technology at JP Morgan Chase/ Bear Stearns. Before joining Billtrust, O'Brien was a Senior Consultant at Slalom Consulting.
