Craig brings two decades of successful entrepreneurial experience to CEO Coaching International clients.

Among his experience, Craig co-founded ForwardLine Financial in 2003 to meet the underserved credit needs of America's small businesses. Under Craig's leadership as CEO, ForwardLine created an entirely new and successful small business lending model by developing a proprietary, non-asset based credit algorithm (now known as Forsight™), a predictive marketing infrastructure to support direct sales, and an automated loan origination platform. In 2009, Craig also led the launch of ForwardLine's companion payment processing service for small businesses. During Craig's tenure, ForwardLine experienced 14 consecutive years of growth, growing to $100 million in annual loan origination volume and $300 million in annual credit card processing volume, while achieving steady profitability after its 4th year. In 2015, Craig led the sale of the company to a private equity firm, continuing thereafter as CEO for an additional two years.
