Led by the nation's first hotel Beer Concierge, get an inside look at Vermont hops and malts this summer. Hotel Vermont gives guests access to some of the most sought after beers in the world including, Hill Farmstead, Lawson's Finest Liquids, Heady Topper and more. The tour starts with brewery stops at Hill Farmstead (#1 rated brewery in the world), Lost Nation, and ends with a pub exploration in Waterbury, VT. The package includes a branded beer can glass, transportation, picnic lunch, and a snack from on-site restaurant Juniper. Two-night minimum Tuesday-Thursday only. Spirits of Vermont Mixology Package
Follow on the heels of Vermont's beer craze and explore the craft distilling scene and art of mixology. Shake things up with one of Hotel Vermont's bartenders in an introductory course to Vermont's spirits and learn the science behind the liquor to mix cocktails at home. This fun, educational experience provides guests with basic mixology knowledge as well as a few samples. Dinner at Juniper Restaurant is included after the class. Available Tuesday-Saturday, limited to four people per class. Classes take place at 3:00 p.m. Pricing from $339 per night for two people.
Burlington Foodie Package
Explore Burlington's gastronomic scene with the Burlington Foodie package. Arrive Thursday and bring your appetite to Juniper Bar & Restaurant for Chef Doug's five-course tasting menu. Friday, enjoy breakfast at Juniper and lunch at nearby Farmhouse Tap & Grill. Known for their extensive craft beer list, the Farmhouse serves up all locally-sourced cuisine. Head to Shelburne Farms to walk the grounds, meet the animals and see the food system from the ground up. After the farm, use Hotel Vermont food tokens at the ArtsRiot Truck Stop. A family-friendly environment, the Truck Stop provides some of Burlington's most interesting street food. Saturday, hit Juniper for breakfast before swinging by the Burlington Farmer's Market for fruits, flowers, and food. Two-night minimum Thursday-Saturday. Pricing from $379 per night for two people.
