C.R. Smith Museum Offers Once-In-A-Lifetime Experience At The Eagle Aviation Camp In June
Exciting and Educational Behind-the-Scenes Program for Grades 5 Through 9
FORT WORTH, Texas, April 25, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Children going to summer camp is nothing unusual, but a child going to the Eagle Aviation Camp at the American Airlines C. R. Smith Museum is in for a truly unique experience – one filled with thundering machines, advanced technology and science. The camp is a one-week program that explores and experiments with the driving force of flight: thrust. As part of that exploration, campers will go behind the scenes at one of the world's largest airlines. Children taking part in the 2012 Eagle Aviation Camp will see how an airline operates, as well as take part in a variety of fun, educational and hands-on activities to demonstrate the physics of propulsion.
The Eagle Aviation Camp takes off in June for students in grade 5 through 9:
June 11-15 – for students entering grades 5, 6 and 7
June 18-22 – for students entering grades 6, 7 and 8
June 25-29 – for students entering grades 7, 8 and 9
