SALT LAKE CITY, Jan. 11, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- C.R. England Chief Executive Officer Chad England has announced changes in the company's training programs and an associated pay increase of more than 12 percent for drivers in England's Phase 2 training program.
Effective January 4, drivers upgrading out of the company's Phase 1 training transition into the new Phase 2 program. Phase 2 replaces the recently discontinued CAT program.
"These changes in our training programs will further reinforce our commitment to our highly esteemed driver force," Chad England said.
