C.R. England Announces Changes in Senior Management

SALT LAKE CITY, July 26, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Salt Lake City-based C.R. England – Global Transportation, one of North America's largest transportation companies and the world's largest temperature-controlled carrier, has announced organizational changes in senior management of the company.

Effectively immediately, Dan England, Chairman and President, will assume the title of Chairman and Dean England, Chief Executive Officer, will assume the title of President. Wayne Cederholm, Chief Operating Officer, will become Chief Executive Officer and Chad England, formerly President, England North America, will assume the title of Chief Operating Officer.

"This fall Dan England will become Chairman of the American Trucking Associations (ATA)," C.R. England President Dean England said. "This is an honor for Dan and our company. This announcement also marks the entrance into senior management by Chad England, who represents the fourth generation of family ownership.
