Cox Communications Announces Opening of Cox Solutions Store in Fairview Park

Retail Experience Includes Interactive Kiosk and Cox Wireless Service and Phones

FAIRVIEW PARK, Ohio, Nov. 11, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Cox Communications has announced the opening of a new 'Cox Solutions Store' in Fairview Park in the Westgate Mall.

The Solutions Store delivers the ultimate experience in communications and entertainment products and services for Cox's TV, phone, internet, and wireless customers.

All of Cox's services are on display for customers to touch and feel while learning about the various benefits of Cox's products and services. The modern and open floor plan allows Solutions Specialists to handle billing questions and technical issues in the Customer Care area, sell Cox products and accessories like HDMI cables, accept payments, and issue equipment on the sales floor. Solutions Educators are available to show customers how to take full advantage of their services in the Learning Lounge.

The Store also includes Mobile Solutions and Mobility sections where customers can learn more about Cox Wireless, which the company launched earlier this year.

The Cox Solutions Store is located at 3036 Westgate, Building C. A grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place on December 3, but the store is officially open for business today. The Parma lobby store also continues its full service to customers and showcase products and services, including the new wireless devices.
