BOISE, Idaho, Oct. 27, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Covr Financial Technologies, a privately owned digital personal insurance platform, is the new name of 1Click Coverage. The company also announced today that Bill Benjamin has joined Covr as CEO. Benjamin was formerly CEO of U.S. Bancorp Investments, an affiliate of US Bancorp, Minneapolis. Todd Ruplinger, founder and former CEO will become vice chairman of the company where he will continue to lead efforts across strategic partnerships and innovation.

Benjamin has dedicated his career to ensuring that people are financially prepared for life. He brings to Covr more than twenty years of investment and insurance experience. He joins Covr from US Bancorp Investments, where he headed its team of financial advisors in wealth management, who were experts in investments, financial planning and insurance services. He also held executive positions at UBS Financial Services, Inc., and U.S. Bancorp Piper Jaffrey. Benjamin has a bachelor's degree from St. Olaf College, Northfield, MN, and an M.B.A. from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management, Minneapolis.
