The presentation will discuss the most common defects found in open source code, based on the Coverity Scan® service analysis of more than 300 million lines of code in more than 600 open source projects, including Linux, Python and ANTLR. It will also examine and compare the defects found in Jenkins using a variety of open source and commercial static analysis solutions.
