The Company also announced that Steve Wood, co-founder and Chief Executive Officer since its inception in 2008, will be transitioning to serve on the Board of Directors and as a Senior Advisor to the management team.

Degree in Finance from Rutgers University and an M.B.A. from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.
