Cousins Properties To Develop New World Headquarters In Midtown Atlanta For NCR Corporation

ATLANTA, July 15, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Cousins Properties Incorporated (NYSE: CUZ) announced today that it has signed a 15-year build-to-suit lease with NCR Corporation (NYSE: NCR), a leader in consumer transaction technologies, for the company's world headquarters building. Cousins will develop and own the approximately $200 million, 485,000 square foot building located in the Midtown submarket of Atlanta which is 100 percent pre-leased to NCR.

Cousins has closed on the new office tower site located in the Technology Square area of Midtown which is adjacent to Georgia Tech University. Construction is anticipated to commence in the first quarter of 2016, and delivery is targeted for early 2018.
