Courtyard Detroit Downtown Hosts Backyard BBQ Buffet to Complement Target Fireworks Event

DETROIT, June 4 /PRNewswire/ -- It's time again for Detroit's favorite way to kick off summer! The Target Fireworks, choreographed by Zambelli Fireworks Internationale, will take place on Monday, June 21st. Sponsored by The Parade Company and Target, this show is one of the largest fireworks displays in the world with more than 10,000 pyrotechnic effects all against the backdrop of the Detroit River and skyline.

Created especially for this annual event, the Courtyard Detroit Downtown is hosting a picnic for locals looking for a unique way to celebrate in the city. Families will enjoy heading over to this downtown Detroit hotel to enjoy good food and fun in the sun. Doors open at 6 p.m. and the 8th floor Tennis Court Terrace will remain open until 11 p.m. Terrace Passes are available from $29 per person and $19 for children 12 and under. Tables of 10 can also be purchased for $275.  

This backyard BBQ buffet will feature grilled burgers, chicken breasts and hot dogs, while cold salad, cookies, popcorn, soft drinks and water will also be provided. The buffet will be open for two hours and a cash bar will also be available to those looking to sip a cocktail as fireworks explode overhead.

Also, guaranteed Millender Center Self-Parking Passes are available for $15. Tax is not included.
