Courtnay Bazemore And Kerry Buchan Named Shareholders At Windham Brannon

ATLANTA, Dec. 14, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Windham Brannon, a leading provider of tax, audit, accounting and advisory services, has named Courtnay Bazemore and Kerry Buchan shareholders at the firm, effective January 1, 2017. 

Bazemore, a principal in the firm's tax practice, has been with Windham Brannon for nearly 14 years, working with high net worth clients on individual tax compliance and planning, estate planning, family partnerships, and trusts and estates. Prior to joining Windham Brannon, Bazemore was a principal with Tarpley & Underwood, an accounting firm that merged with Windham Brannon in 2011. She's a member of the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Philanthropic Advisor Leadership Institute, the Planned Giving Advisory Board for the Community Foundation of Greater Atlanta, the Midtown Atlanta Rotary Club, the Atlanta Estate Planning Council, and Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Leadership Advisor Leadership Council.

For the last two years, Buchan has played an integral role in the firm's audit practice, both from an internal standpoint as Quality Control Partner, as well as externally, working with clients in a variety of industries, including construction, real estate, manufacturing, technology and more. Previously, Buchan served in leadership positions with Grant Thornton, LLP and Deloitte & Touche LLP.
