Court Denies Wife Killer Rafael Robb's Request For New Trial
NORRISTOWN, Pa., Dec. 22, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- There will be no retrial in Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas for confessed wife killer Rafael Robb.
The Hon. Judge Thomas Del Ricci has entered an order denying Robb's post-trial motion for a new trial after hearing arguments last week on the matter. Last month a jury awarded a total of $124.26 million in damages in the case ((2008-36401, Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas) filed by the Firm under Pennsylvania's wrongful death and survival acts.
