Court Certifies Class Action Lawsuit Against Double Your Decompression, LLC and Brian Self In Lawsuit Alleging Transmission Of Unsolicited Facsimile Advertisements

KANSAS CITY, Mo., Oct. 12, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri has preliminarily certified a class action lawsuit against Double Your Decompression, LLC d/b/a Decompression Pros and Decompression Leaders and Brian Self ("Defendants") for sending unsolicited facsimile advertisements. The lawsuit, Thomas C. Duke v. Double Your Decompression, LLC, et al., Case No. 1416-CV27569 alleges the Defendants sent hundreds of unsolicited facsimile advertisements in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

The class is composed of all persons and entities whose fax number appears in the List of Class Members to whom Defendants or Defendants' agents sent one or more faxes making known Defendants' products or services between November 25, 2010 and November 25, 2014.  No money or benefits are available to the class at this time, but persons who are members of this class must decide whether to remain in the class or ask to be excluded.
