Council of State Restaurant Associations Announces New Executive Vice President
WASHINGTON, June 9, 2016 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Council of State Restaurant Associations (CSRA) Board of Directors announced that Anuja Miner has been selected as its new Executive Vice President. Miner began her duties on June 1, 2016 and will guide the CSRA's mission of fostering goodwill and promoting the success of State Restaurant Associations and their members across the United States and Puerto Rico. The Council of State Restaurant Associations, in its strategic plan, noted the necessity of selecting a leader that could further strengthen the collaboration with the National Restaurant Association (NRA) and the state restaurant association partners in serving the restaurant industry.
"I am thrilled to be joining such an exciting industry and look forward to my new role representing the interests of CSRA and bridging the relationships between CSRA and the National Restaurant Association," said Miner. Miner comes to the CSRA with more than 20 years of trade association management experience, having worked for the National Milk Producers Federation and the International Dairy Foods Association. Most recently, she was the executive director of the American Butter Institute in Arlington, Va. Miner is a graduate of the University of Michigan.
