Costar Technologies Announces Date of 2015 Annual Meeting of Stockholders
COPPELL, Texas, Oct. 14, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Costar Technologies, Inc. (the "Company") (OTC Markets Group: CSTI) announced today that the Company's 2015 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on November 17, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. local time at the offices of McGladrey, LLP located at 1185 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10036. The Company also announced that it set the close of business on October 13, 2015 as the record date for determining the stockholders entitled to receive notice of and vote at the annual meeting.
The Company anticipates mailing its proxy statement to stockholders in October 2015, which will include a description of the matters to be considered at the annual meeting.
