Name of Product: Tovin Chairs
Hazard: The legs on the chair can bend or break, posing a fall hazard to the user.
Remedy: Refund
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled chair and return it to any Cost Plus World Market or World Market store for a full refund.

Recall Details
Units: About 1,880
Description: This recall involves upholstered Tovin chairs sold in a black and white print. The chairs are 32-inches tall by 23-inches wide, and have a wooden frame with clear floor glides. SKU number 507667 is printed on a UPC sticker affixed to the underside of the chair.
Incidents/Injuries: Cost Plus World Market has received five reports of the chair legs bending or breaking. No injuries have been reported.
Sold exclusively at: Cost Plus World Market and World Market stores nationwide and online at www.worldmarket.com from July 2015 through October 2015 for about $240.
Distributor: Cost Plus Management Services Inc., of Oakland, Calif.
