Corrective News Release About Revenues in Fiscal 2010
SINGAPORE, Dec. 14, 2010 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- TechMedia Advertising, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: TECME) ("TechMedia" or the "Company"), would like to correct certain information that it had disclosed in a news release on July 14, 2010, where it had announced gross revenues for the month of June 2010 in excess of US$1.682 million (INR 77.62 million) for TechMedia India. The Company's subsidiary, TechMedia India, had sales as stated in the July 14, 2010 news release that took place in the month of June 2010 as well as sales in July 2010, however, the Company is not able to recognize such sales as revenue under US GAAP; and therefore, such sales will have to be recognized in the fiscal year 2011 when such sales are able to be recognized as revenue under US GAAP.
