Corpus Christi Water Contamination Lawsuit
CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas, Dec. 15, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Bob Hilliard filed a lawsuit on behalf of a local businesses against Valero Marketing and Supply Company, Valero South Texas Marketing Company, Valero Bill Greenhey Plant, and Ergon Asphalt & Emulsions, Inc.. Among other claims, the lawsuit alleges that Defendants acted negligently and grossly negligent by failing to ensure that contaminants do not enter the water supply and that Defendants' actions caused many area businesses to close, or to otherwise limit operations, resulting in substantial lost earnings and other damages.
