Winners Selected Based on Ability to Drive Sustainable Corporate Performance through Management Innovation

Entrants submitted applications for the Force of Ideas awards in spring 2010. Initial scoring was based on the following key areas: best practice alignment with overall organizational goals, applicability across similar functions in other organizations and the extent to which the practice solves the root of the problem. Finalists were judged on the long-term value of the solutions, game-changing nature, required investment level, and ease of translation or implementation for peers. Past winners of the award include Wells Fargo, Volksbank and Lockheed Martin.
