Corporate Diversity Receives Powerful Advocate: Victor Arias to Lead Korn/Ferry Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives
WASHINGTON, July 10, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The USHCC commends Korn/Ferry International, for their recent appointment of Victor Arias, Senior Client Partner, to lead the Firm's enhanced Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) initiatives. These initiatives are focused on continuing to support and evolve the firm's strong commitment to D&I both for its clients and its own workforce.
Mr. Arias has led several transformational diversity-focused programs at leading global organizations. He has more than 15 years of executive recruitment and talent management experience and has held many governance roles with both for-profit and non-profit organizations. He is currently a member of the Board & CEO Services, Real Estate and Education practices at Korn/Ferry.

He is also Trustee Emeritus for Stanford University and past Commissioner for the White House Fellows Commission.
