Rapidly growing fast-casual chain to introduce 18 of its signature neighborhood bakery cafes to Tennessee and Kentucky as part of new multi-unit development agreement
DALLAS, April 2, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Corner Bakery Cafe, the fast-casual bakery cafe known for its ingredient-inspired menu, made fresh to order breakfast, lunch, dinner and catering for any occasion, announced today that the company has signed a new multi-unit development agreement with Half Baked LLC, to open its first restaurants in Central and Eastern Tennessee as well as the state of Kentucky beginning next year and the remaining sites over the next nine years. The initial focus will be on the Nashville MSA.
The group of veteran hospitality operators joins a roster of 28 franchise partners. With 55 open franchise cafes and development commitments for more than 350, Corner Bakery Cafe continues on its goal to more than double its U.S. footprint in the next three years.
