CoreNet Global Launches New Central Texas Chapter

AUSTIN and SAN ANTONIO, Texas, Feb. 17, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- CoreNet Global, the world's leading corporate real estate association, today announced the launching of a new CoreNet Global Central Texas chapter, which will serve all of Central Texas including Austin and San Antonio. The Central Texas Chapter is now one of more than 55 local groups representing CoreNet Global in major cities worldwide.

The organization has also confirmed that John Scoblick of Tovero Capital Group in Austin, will become president of the new chapter and Scott Syamken of USAA in San Antonio will become president elect.

Scoblick comments, "There is a rapidly growing need in central Texas for corporate real estate executives, economic development groups, service providers and academia to have this organization to promote their common interests in a collaborative venue. Central Texas provides a vibrant economy, skilled workforce and a desirable quality of life that is home to many corporations and is a highly regarded by corporate real estate executives nationally for corporate expansions, relocations and regional headquarters."
