CoreMatrix Systems Appoints Joan Rothman as Vice President of Marketing

RED BANK, N.J., Jan. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- CoreMatrix Systems™, a leader in implementing and developing Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions in the cloud, announced it has appointed Joan Rothman as vice president of marketing, effective immediately.

Rothman will be responsible for all marketing initiatives and corporate communications.  She will be based in White Plains, N.Y. and will report directly to Frank McMahon, co-founder of CoreMatrix.

Previously, Rothman was chief marketing officer at Worktopia®, Inc., a meeting procurement solutions company.  There she led branding of the company's new SaaS offerings, all marketing outreach programs, channel marketing and public relations.  Prior to that, Joan headed  marketing for Authentidate®, where she drove market planning, program execution, branding, media relations and communications for the company. Before joining Authentidate, Joan was vice president of Global Solutions Marketing at IBM, where she led global planning and marketing execution for IBM's top strategic alliances. Rothman was also a senior vice president at Dun & Bradstreet, and was a key member of the CEO's globalization team, responsible for all marketing efforts surrounding the launch of many key products and services.
