CoreMatrix Selected by GTECH to Implement a Global Cloud-Based Account Management System

GTECH is a global leader in lottery and gaming solutions with operations in more than 50 countries.

The new AMS will be used to streamline and support a complex sales process. It will provide a robust interface for capturing all account information to create a single, consolidated view of account interactions and enable the sharing of account data across all GTECH business units -- improving the overall sales experience. Additionally, it incorporates post-sales functionality such as service performance scorecards to ensure client satisfaction and the ability to flow information to other target systems within GTECH -- delivering consistent data and enhanced operational efficiency.
