Copa Holdings Announces Monthly Traffic Statistics for October 2010

For the month of October 2010, Copa Holdings' system-wide passenger traffic (RPM) increased 14.6%, while capacity (ASM) increased 18.9%. System load factor for October 2010 was 77.9%, a 2.9 percentage point decrease when compared to October 2009.
Copa Airlines passenger traffic (RPM) for October 2010 increased 13.1%, while capacity (ASM) increased 17.7%. This resulted in a load factor of 78.6%, a 3.2 percentage point decrease when compared to October 2009.
Copa Airlines Colombia passenger traffic (RPM) for October 2010 increased 23.5%., while capacity (ASM) increased 25.2%. Load factor for the month reached 74.1%, a 1.0 percentage point decrease when compared to October 2009. Copa Airlines Colombia’s capacity growth was entirely as a result of additional international capacity, which for October 2010 represented 36.0% of capacity compared to 19.7% in October 2009.
