Cooking with My Honey Bear Recipe Contest Sweetens Chance to Win Le Creuset® Cookware Set
The National Honey Board's online contest gives consumers the chance to win one of three Le Creuset® prizes
FIRESTONE, Colo., Aug. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Honey, the one-ingredient, all-natural sweetener, is making a splash in the culinary world this year thanks in large part to its versatility and ability to jazz up a multitude of recipes. Now, consumers can join the trend and showcase their favorite original or borrowed recipes.
The National Honey Board is looking for ways everyday cooks incorporate honey into dishes and treats. And in return, the board will award three lucky winners a Le Creuset® cookware prize to make their favorite honey dishes in for years to come.
The National Honey Board is launching the Cooking with My Honey Bear contest, an online recipe contest that consumers can enter Aug. 2 through Sept. 15. Entrants can submit original or favorite recipes using 100% pure honey for the chance to win one of three Le Creuset® prizes:
- First prize: a nine-piece Le Creuset® cookware set valued at $1,600
- Second prize: a five-piece Le Creuset® cookware set valued at $500
- Third prize: a Le Creuset® dijon honey pot and a honey gift basket valued at $200
Consumers can enter by visiting www.honey.com and filling out the entry form. Additionally, entrants have the option to include a photograph of their finished dish or a photograph of themselves with a bottle of 100% pure honey.
