Conviva Files Patent Infringement Lawsuit against Nice People at Work (NPAW)
FOSTER CITY, Calif., March 29, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Conviva Inc., the leader in Over-the-Top (OTT) experience management for the world's top media companies, today announced that it has filed a lawsuit against Nice People at Work (NPAW) for infringement of multiple U.S. patents. The complaint, which was filed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, seeks a permanent injunction, as well as unspecified damages.

Conviva's complaint asserts that NPAW has willfully infringed and continues to infringe on a number of key patents, including United States Patent Nos. 8,874,725, 9,100,288 and 9,246,965, which relate to the computation and summarization of video streaming metrics as well as delivery resource selection and switching.
