According to QUALCOMM, the Samsung Galaxy S5 Broadband LTE-A smartphone is the first commercial mobile device that features the Snapdragon 805 processor and Gobi 9x35 LTE Advanced Category 6 modem, which enable Ultra HD video capture and playback, connectivity for mobile web streaming and downloads and a graphics and gaming experience for consumers. Nokia Corporation Analyst Notes
On June 18, 2014, Nokia Corporation (Nokia) announced the adjusted conversion price of its €750 million convertible bonds (the Bonds) of €2.44 per share due to the distribution of dividends decided by the Company's Annual General Meeting held on June 17, 2014 (the AGM). According to Nokia, due to the adjustment of the conversion price, the maximum number of shares that the Bonds can be converted to is increased by 20,192,323 shares. The Board of Directors of Nokia also decided, on the basis of the authorization by the AGM and in deviation from the pre-emptive subscription right of the Company's shareholders, to issue 20,192,323 new shares upon the conversion of the Bonds into Nokia shares.
