ConvergEx Expands Asian and Australian Transition Management Presence

NEW YORK and SYDNEY, Oct. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- ConvergEx Group, a leading technology company, today announced that Ronan Walsh has joined the firm's Global Transition Management team as a vice president.  In his new role, Mr. Walsh is located in Sydney, Australia and is a member of the team responsible for transition management services throughout Asia and Australia.

Mr. Walsh brings over 15 years of relevant experience with him. Prior to joining ConvergEx, he worked in related functions at Russell Investment Management and Citigroup Global Markets.  He is a graduate of Dublin Business School and is a candidate for a Masters of Applied Finance from Macquarie University.
