ConvergeOne Announces Strategic Acquisition of California-based SIGMAnet

EAGAN, Minn., Dec. 11, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- ConvergeOne, a leading global provider of state-of-the-art communications and data solutions, today announced that it has acquired SIGMAnet, a Cisco Gold Certified Partner and one of the largest IT consulting, solutions, and managed services providers in California. Effective immediately, SIGMAnet is now SIGMAnet, a ConvergeOne Company. This acquisition solidifies ConvergeOne's position as an industry leader with one of the broadest portfolios available in the market today.
