Convergence 2018: Conference returns providing deeper insights on collaborative healthcare models for success in value-based care

Providing a unique, forward-looking perspective on the role of health IT in enabling provider-payer collaboration for value-based care (VBC), Convergence'18 will convene healthcare leaders to share and learn about best strategies, obstacles, and lessons learned in this constantly evolving and innovating industry.
