Continuum Rehabilitation Signs Comprehensive Therapy Management Agreement With Westerly Nursing Home

AVON, Conn. and WESTERLY, R.I., Oct. 28, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Continuum Rehabilitation, LLC announced today that it has strengthened its market presence in Rhode Island with the signing of an agreement to provide comprehensive physical, speech and occupational therapy to the residents of Westerly Nursing Home in Westerly, Rhode Island.  This contract represents the third comprehensive agreement Continuum has secured in its initial 7 months of operations in Rhode Island.
