Continental Who's Who recognizes Valerie Crawley-Langston as a 2015 Educator and Volunteer of the Year
PHILADELPHIA, July 2, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Valerie Crawley-Langston is recognized by Continental Who's Who as a 2015 Educator and Volunteer of the Year in the field of Education as a result of her role as an Educator within the Philadelphia School District.
The School District of Philadelphia is the eighth largest school district in the nation, by enrollment. Located in a historic and culturally rich setting, they are a racially and ethnically diverse community committed to education. In her current position, Valerie is a special education teacher who specializes in reading, writing, and mentoring students as well as motivating them. She is a member of the National Association of Professional Women, Boys and Girls Clubs of America, and also volunteers her time to work with former students. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, arts and crafts, and reading.
Valerie received her Master's degree in Education Administration from Mercy College.
