Continental Mills, Inc. Announces Sale of Industrial Food Coatings Business to Newly Weds Foods

TUKWILA, Wash., Oct. 9, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- John Heily, President and CEO of Continental Mills, a Tukwila, WA company announced today that they have sold their Industrial Food Coatings Business, including a 55,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Pendleton, Oregon, to Newly Weds Foods.  Newly Weds Foods is a privately held company based in Chicago, Illinois and has a number of industrial manufacturing facilities nationally and internationally.  The transaction will be complete Tuesday, October 9, 2012.
