HOUSTON, Jan. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Continental Airlines (NYSE: CAL) will hold its 2009 full-year and fourth-quarter financial results conference call on Thursday, Jan. 21 at 9:30 a.m. CT/10:30 a.m. ET.
