Continental Airlines Dispatchers Ratify Agreement on New Labor Contract

HOUSTON, April 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Continental Airlines (NYSE: CAL) today announced that its dispatchers have ratified a new four-year collective bargaining agreement with the airline.

The dispatchers are represented by the Transport Workers Union (TWU) and the agreement covers approximately 111 employees located in Houston, Tx.

"We are pleased that our dispatchers have ratified this agreement," said Mike Bonds, Continental's senior vice president of human resources and labor relations.  "This agreement is fair to our co-workers and fair for the company."
