Nagaldinne will be reporting directly to ContextMedia:Health Co-Founder & President, Shradha Agarwal. Madan is a widely respected people leader in the high-growth technology space, having served in similar roles at Facebook and Amazon.

Nagaldinne most recently was with Facebook Inc leading the HR function for all of the company's Global Sales teams and was the HR Leader for its New York office. In his nearly 6 years at Facebook, across Asia and North America, he held key HR leadership positions across multiple locations and teams. During his stint at Facebook Singapore as the Director & Head of HR for Facebook APAC's operation, Nagaldinne oversaw Facebook's expansion in over 11 countries, where it quickly became one of the most desirable places to work in Asia.
In 2014, Nagaldinne moved to Facebook New York as the Global HR Leader for Facebook's Sales Organization, which is one of the largest divisions at Facebook. Over the last 2 years at Facebook, Nagaldinne has focused on scaling leadership and people development for Facebook's Sales teams across the world.
Prior to Facebook, Madan was the Director & Head of Human Resources for Amazon's India and Singapore operations. At Amazon, Madan was responsible for leading the firm's Asia expansion and oversaw the people growth of its Engineering, Operations, Customer Success, Supply Chain and Finance teams across multiple countries. Prior to Amazon, Madan spent nearly 9 years in the SF Bay Area, in senior HR leadership roles at semiconductor, enterprise software and technology companies.
Madan is a graduate of the London School of Economics with a Master's in Personnel Management.
