New hires, promotions and awards mean big things for CMI in 2015

Heather Meza
Chief Content Alchemist
Heather joins CMI following a 25+ year career in High Tech. Heather spent the last 14 years at Cisco Systems where she led the Digital Media Solutions team for Services and the Content Transformation Initiative, which led to her most recent roles creating and directing Cisco's first ever Inbound Marketing Experience team and serving as a Conversion Content Marketing Coach. As our resident content strategy expert, Heather is heading up the newest addition to the CMI portfolio, the Intelligent Content Conference (ICC).
Pamela Muldoon
Podcast Network Director
Pamela will oversee the development, launch and distribution of all podcast shows chosen to be a part of the CMI Podcast Network. Pamela comes to CMI with a career background that includes radio broadcasting (as both an on-air personality and copywriter), marketing project management and content marketing strategy. Muldoon's content marketing consultancy, Audio Content Solutions, specializes in helping brands and agencies integrate audio content into their overall content strategy.
Tracy Mallette
Audience Development Manager
Tracy will oversee CMI's email program and database to ensure CMI customers are receiving targeted, relevant content through our marketing automation system and our customer relationship management system. Prior to CMI, Tracy spent seven years in the newspaper industry, including four years at the Eagle Tribune Publishing Company, was an SEO Copywriter for Brookstone, and a Blog Editor for SuccessWorks.
