Contemporary Services Corporation Signs 2-Year Security Contract with Georgia Tech

NORTHRIDGE, Calif., Sept. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Contemporary Services Corporation (CSC), the world's largest event security firm, announces its new 2-year contract with Georgia Tech to provide security, ushering and ticket taking services for all home football games at Bobby Dodd Stadium. The 15th-ranked Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets boast one of the most exciting running offenses in the country and are well on their way to a successful and winning season. Kicking off their first game with a 41-10 win over South Carolina State last weekend, the Yellow Jackets set a record for the largest walk-up crowd in the 97-year history of Bobby Dodd Stadium.

The oldest on-campus stadium in NCAA Division I-A, Bobby Dodd Stadium was originally built in 1913 by members of the Georgia Tech student body and underwent a renovation in 2003 which increased the stadium's seating capacity to 55,000 and also introduced a number of added amenities, including luxury suites, a 7,000 square foot locker room, the Heisman Club Room, and seating in the South End Zone.  CSC's services are provided for Georgia Tech under the direction of Athletic Director, Dan Radakovich, Senior Associate Director of Athletics, Paul Griffin, and Director of Game Operations, Jeff Gilbert.
