Contemporary Services Corporation Selected to Provide Security Services for Susan G. Komen 3-Day for the Cure™

NORTHRIDGE, Calif., Sept. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Contemporary Services Corporation (CSC), the world's largest event security firm, has been selected to provide security services for the Susan G. Komen 3-Day for the Cure™ 2010 Series in various cities across the nation. CSC was awarded a one year agreement for the event, with an option for renewals for two years thereafter, and will provide services for the 2010 series in the following locations: Twin Cities, Denver, San Francisco Bay Area, Washington D.C., Philadelphia, Atlanta, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Arizona and San Diego.

The Komen 3-Day for the Cure is a 60-mile walk for women and men who want to make a personal difference in the fight to end breast cancer. All 3-Day for the Cure participants raise a minimum of $2,300 and walk an average of 20 miles per day for three consecutive days while educating tens of thousands of people about breast health. Funds raised impact breast cancer research and community-based breast health and education programs. This year's series began in Boston on July 23 and will conclude on November 21 in San Diego.
