Jeremy Pease joins the company as its new senior vice president (SVP), product and strategy. In his new position, Pease is responsible for the overall management of the Contegix product roadmap and portfolio. Pease will also lead the company's Atlassian partnership efforts and oversee its strategic planning process.
Pease is an 18-year IT industry veteran and joins Contegix from HOSTING, a $100 million hosting provider based in Denver, Colorado, where he was the vice president of managed services.
In this role, Pease led multiple large-scale, strategic initiatives impacting product delivery, operational consistency, premium customer support and bottom line revenue goals. He also launched a managed services platform to fully support AWS and Azure, obtaining and maintaining an industry-leading 65 Net Promoter Score (NPS) across all of customer support for more than 2,000 HOSTING customers, creating a fully functional Customer Success Organization. Pease also held previous roles at Indisoft, Wingspan, ACS and Neiman Marcus.
Arlyn Small joins Contegix as its new SVP, human resources. In his new position, Small is responsible for leading talent optimization, recruiting, benefits, colleague engagement, career path planning and performance management.
Small brings 25 years of human resources experience to the role and has an extensive track record of leading large change management initiatives in complex global organizations. Before joining Contegix, Small was vice president of global culture and talent at Qlik Technologies, a business intelligence and visualization software provider based in Randor, Pennsylvania.
During his time at Qlik, Small was responsible for developing and implementing a wide range of human resource initiatives including executive coaching, organizational effectiveness, business integration and strategic planning. Small held previous senior level roles with Amazon, Tyco Electronics, Microsoft and Charter Communications.
