WEST CHESTER, Ohio, Nov. 29, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Contech Engineered Solutions today acquired certain assets of Kahn Culvert Inc., operating in Paola, Kansas. Paola is located approximately 45 miles southwest of Kansas City.

The privately-held Kahn Culvert produces corrugated metal culvert drainage products including pipe, slotted drain systems, end sections, joints, fittings and bands. Contech will continue operations of the manufacturing facility in Paola.
This expansion will enhance localized service for Contech customers in Kansas and Missouri, and throughout the Midwest and South Central United States.
