Previously, he held a leadership position at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, with a primary focus on transforming care management, patient engagement, and quality of care. He also served as Chief Information Officer for Seniorlink, Inc., where he provided value-added services in caregiver homes while reducing operating costs through cloud-based solutions.
