DALLAS, July 3, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Mozido (www.Mozido.com), a provider of mobile-enabled financial services and targeted marketing platform, today announced that Ellen Marram, the former president and CEO of Tropicana, and the Nabisco Biscuit Company, has joined the company's Board of Directors, effective immediately.
Ms. Marram has been a visionary pioneer and leader in the consumer packaged goods industry for over 35 years. She is currently the President of The Barnegat Group, her business advisory firm. Ms. Marram was President and CEO of the Nabisco Biscuit Company from 1988 to 1993, where she conceived and launched the highly successful Snack Well's line, which pioneered low-fat snacking.
Currently, Ms. Marram is the lead director of Eli Lilly and Company, presiding director of The New York Times Company, and a Director of Ford Motor Company, as well as several private companies and non-profit institutions.
"Very few people have been as successful, and made such a significant impact in the consumer packaged goods space as Ellen. Her global business expertise and intense customer focus will help Mozido secure a commanding position in the market place," said Rick Braddock, Executive Chairman, Mozido LLC. "As a member of the Mozido board, Ellen has joined an elite group of business leaders to aid our company's worldwide expansion."
