NEW YORK, Oct. 24, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- ALM's Consulting magazine honors the profound difference women continue to make for their clients and their firms at the Women Leaders in Consulting Gala Awards Dinner on November 16 at the St. Regis in New York, NY. Nancy Pechloff, Regional Managing Director at Protiviti, is being recognized with Consulting magazine's Lifetime Achievement Award.

Pechloff joined Protiviti in 2004 and is the company's Regional Managing Director (U.S. Central), reporting to the CEO. Under her leadership, the region has doubled revenues in the last five years and is the firm's largest and most profitable. Pechloff began with Arthur Andersen in 1973 where she became one of the firm's first women partners and led Andersen's Global Enterprise Group with revenues of $500 million worldwide. She was a founding member of Andersen's Growth and Retention of Women Initiative.
In addition to the Lifetime Achievement Award, Consulting magazine will honor 12 other award recipients, including six Excellence in Leadership winners: Anna Bourne, EY; Sharon Karlsberg, ZS; Michelle Russell, The Boston Consulting Group; Htike Htike Kyaw Soe, KPMG; Lata Varghese, Cognizant; and Carol Wingard, L.E.K Consulting.
The Excellence in Client Services award winners include: Nancy Aubrey, RSM; Pilar Tarry, AlixPartners; and, Jennifer Hayes, Bain & Company. Future Leader award winners include: Jantzen Bridges, Slalom; Dawn Hall, FTI Consulting; and Tiffany Hickerson, A.T. Kearney.
