MCLEAN, Va., June 30, 2016 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Construction Industry Round Table (CIRT), the national business trade association comprised exclusively of approximately 115 chief executives from the leading design / construction companies doing business in the United States and globally, has elected H. Ralph Hawkins, FAIA, FACHA, LEED AP as Chairman of the organization for a term of one year. He succeeds Thomas F. Gilbane, Jr., Chairman & CEO of Gilbane Building Co. Hawkins was elected during CIRT's Annual Spring Meeting last month in Washington, DC, which also welcomed new directors.

At CIRT's Membership Meeting last month, the following members were also elected as officers:
- Wayne A. Drinkward, Chairman & CEO of Hoffman Corporation, Portland, OR as Vice Chairman;
- Charles A. Bacon III, Chairman & CEO Limbach Facility Services LLC, Pittsburgh, PA as Treasurer; and
- Thomas F. Gilbane, Jr., Chairman & CEO of Gilbane Building Co., Providence, RI will continue on the Executive Committee as Immediate Past Chairman.
In addition to the executive committee elections, CIRT also welcomed the following four industry leaders as new directors who will serve on the board through 2019:
- David R. Gaboury, P.E., Chairman, President & CEO, Terracon, Olathe, KS
- Greg Nook, AIA, Executive Vice President, JE Dunn Construction Group, Inc., Kansas City, MO
- Thomas R. White, P.E., Chairman, President & CEO, Sargent & Lundy, Chicago, IL
- Shaun Yancey, President & COO, PCL Construction Enterprises, Inc., Denver, CO
