(NYSE and NYSE Euronext: CSTM) today announced that the underwriter of its recently announced secondary offering has exercised its option to purchase an additional 1,251,847 Class A Ordinary shares from an affiliate of Rio Tinto Plc at a public offering price of $19.80 per share less the underwriting discount. The exercise of the option brings the total number of Class A Ordinary Shares sold in this offering to 9,597,560.
