(Nasdaq Global Select Market: CWCO), a leading developer and operator of advanced water supply and treatment plants, has rescheduled its 2020 annual meeting of shareholders for November 18, 2020. Shareholders of record as of September 15, 2020 will be entitled to vote at the meeting.
The meeting was moved to this later date due to continued public health concerns and travel restrictions related to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
Shareholder proposals intended to be presented for inclusion in the company's proxy statement and accompanying proxy for the annual meeting must be received by the secretary of the company at the following address on or before the close of business on September 25, 2020:
